    IMO - this announcement means abolsultely zilch nothing. So it has a agreement to sell Diesel to Shell - so what.
    Put it this way who do you think has the bargaining power in this relationship (3yrs out !??).
    Another case of big news little impact.
    What I want to know is when is the China money coming???
