Centro management have stated on a number of occasions that they would be persuing a long(er) term extension and that they as a company cannot be expected to limp from quarter to quarter. Persuing or accepting a short-term extension would actually be misleading and if another short-term extension was granted GR would, I believe get jack of the situation and bail out.
