oh , and for what it is worth, i did not receive notifications for the SPP. i waa lookjng to increase holding and came across a16c offer to s/holders. In thiscase I called the company and was informed I should have been not only made aware but actually telephoned by promoters. obviously I missed the opportunity and i sensed an imminent sell off when shares released. Did not go ahead with ksn and invested elseshere lesson learned ? yes, read all the asx releases, not just high grade discoveries !
