Trader(s) putting a hard cap at 7.3c, which will change hour to hour. After shaking the tree from yesterday they put a massive amount at 7.3 (they may change the target in the next hour or so) to intimidate loose hands who are thinking to sell, and make the them decide to put their sell order lower than 7.3 where the same traders have multiple orders at a few hundred thousand shares each to swallow up whatever coconuts the loose hands decide to drop.
This is Step 1.
I'd say 80% of the buy orders around the 7.1c mark are traders waiting to absorb whatever sell drops from the tree shake.
They also put a hard cap at the bottom at 6.9 and 7.0, to prevent other traders from barging in by flooding the trading floor with millions of sell to wash the prices down, spoiling the first traders' plans.
Step 2 is they may decide to slowly put the hard cap higher by 0.1c at a time, making those who haven't sold think that oh it's finally going up I better sell at the higher price before it drops again. More volume accumulated by the traders.
Stage 3 is if the traders don't get the volume they want at 7.1c (just like how they are not happy with the volume they accumulated at 8c last Friday), they remove all the sell orders at 6.9 and 7.0 and put a massive sell volume (another tree shake) to wash prices even further down to the 6c+ mark and repeat the same process of accumulating at a lower range, hoping that more loose hands will release their coconuts.
The bright side from this is that big players are keen to accumulate as much stock as they can, meaning they see something big with this company. This can only make me confident that this is a good stock to hold if the big boys are wanting this too.
