positive future opportunities

Hi team i'm back from suspension.Hi to all.

what a bugger. i put an order in for a few million ADY at 1 cent this morning 2 mintues before the ann come on. what luck!!! then only to find a 5 min trading halt meant the day traders jumped me at .13 cents on re-open. but still bought more anyway.

Can i run a few truths here. the news is good for us

1. It means no liquidation or receivers for the time being.
2. settlement for bal funds 30 Dec. keeps hawkswood happy plus we may get upside on exchange rate conversion then.
3. our balance sheet has improved some $33.5 million. which means our NTA value has increased significantly.
4. when i spoke to Jon Anderson at AGM he said drilling program would increase. he said there are enough mines tennements on our portfolio to be digging around for some 30 years.
5. he also indicated increasing the resource estimate was a major target. along with the best mine to port production system we can get in place.
6. what if we get lucky Besalco and Farkas(eg bal of mine assets.

we will make it to February to find out whether we get our $18US loan back or the rest of the assets.

7. i too looked up our top 20 buyer chineses buyer and think there is more to come here.

8. taking on new debt in say march during improving credit conditions when we own all the assets will really when ADY hits the next level. eg JV's buyouts etc. new contracts.

The odds must be better at this stage.
