Net assets of the business as of last financial reports show that the MC of the company continues to track at a slight premium to it...
as much as I am one of the people calling for a share consolidation - as long as ASX market capital valuation exceeds value of assets on the balance sheet - there really isn't much point.
The use of equity to fund growth is great for the stability of the business, but I feel that the GRB need to offer their shareholders the opportunity to increase their capital invested at the same time as these institutional placements - for the sake of fairness... there are some LT holders in this forum thread - seems unjust to watch your slice of a company shrink... and capital growth opportunities are also diminished to due issuance of shares at a discount to market rate.
