As a ceo I am sure Kelly knows a thing or two about banking, but does she give a rats about shareholders who have been holding this stock?
-Bluntly I think she has no idea about the share market. -She overpaid for sgb, now is forced to raised capital when we pretty much at a low point. Why did she over pay for wbc?
My belief is that she held over 1 million shares of sgb when she resigned as the ceo there & to help her ex sgb cronies out.
- If she didn't over pay for sgb, we could have waited out til next year when the market has recovered some what to do a raing..she gets a better price & less dilution..
- So the xmas rally has been halted..take a look at nab for eg. capital raising at $20, now trading at $20.50...wbc has heavy weighting on the xjo & she has put a cap on it dragging down bhp in the process..
- In summary she doesn't care about shareholders..I don't think there is any ceo out there that does...they are out to line there own pockets..
