I can see what you're saying, but I'm not really sure that's a valid descending triangle. Your upper side has two points of reference only four days apart, your lower side only has one point. If you want to draw patterns in a chart with so few points of reference I think you'd be able to find at least half a dozen in TNT's current chart, which would each tell you a different thing.
To whatever extent it's valid, yes, it broke out to the down side. The biggest thing the chart says it's that for more than 3 months there has been a consistent rising trend.
