... Where was I. Yes, so timewise I don't think the new exec members would require months or years to settle down. If I can put it metaphorically, it's like a tree and then there are branches. Roots of the tree is the main source for the fruits but obviously branches does a big job too. I'm speculating that RJ has already begun talks(at least within the board) ref. pointing to her latest interviews. Jason has immence UK exchange experience and I think if fxl were to go global(which I think they will) UK is the starting point considering they have Ireland presence and knowledge on hands.
