whoever it is selling: the "sophs", traders and possibly the same "lucky" fund/investors which were helping the company possibly? with a bit of "pumping" skilfully prior to a "successful" SPP ... and are now "reaping rewards" of their hard work /"dumping"/ "taking profits" 30 % approx. from SPP price...
for a while but any weakness that's an opportunity to collect more...
I also did not get shares in SPP probably have transferred my money too late on 1st of July... but I have bought on sell-off after SPP announcement' and have started scooping up today from 21 C and the lower the price gets the more I will buy and that's not recommended by "experts" and not recommended for you ... but it is my personal "sophisticated" strategy and I was successful making a lot of money on many undervalued or mindlessly sold stocks ...starting collection from "penny dreadful" but eventually ending up with v. successful producers eg NST, IGO, and lately DEG (I was collecting DEG on down trend as they have solid deposit, excellent management and geologists and despite initial exploration success the holders wer still dumping because of the company historical failures with "conglomerates' and I have collected most at mindlessly sold below SPP price ...to $0.04 and few months later the DEG become flavour of the ASX reaching $1 approx).

When I do my research ... and conclude like in this case, that the company has undervalued deposits and smart management I just relentlessly buy on weakness till the "market" turns...
but only invest to your level of risk and spread between several stocks (as short term losses in this sector as well as some major "disasters", due to management failures or commodities price fluctuations, are unavoidable) and DYOR!
