Ann: Strategic partnership with Openpay, page-26

After holding for 18+ months, I have completely sold my holding this morning. I considered closing part of the position for tax reasons over the last couple weeks, but this mornings rally was as good a reason as any to sell out.

After the hype settles down, I may look at taking another stake in 1ST if conditions and prices permit. Ultimately, the macroeconomics of the healthcare industry and online bookings are certainly poised for large growth, which I think 1ST will play a role in. The only reason for this small bit of remaining confidence though, is that my last conversation with Klaus (2 months + ago) instilled a bit of confidence regarding what this quarter may deliver. Otherwise, if I was an investor strictly basing my investment on the quarterly numbers combined with a lack of communication from management, it's hard to find the confidence to stick around long-term.
