The Fin Review is usually 'on the money' regarding Corporate goings on - so personally I'm putting a bit of faith in this Chinese takeover business.
It might be simply a matter of how much the big holders in Felix will accept. Given the huge reductions in share prices in recent times for stocks such as Felix and more so Macarthur Coal, they might have had a serious reality check on coal company valuations.
