    21/11/08 Transaction update stated that QLD govt approval of tfr of 30% of Arrow's interests to Shell was making significant progress.
    Haven't seen where approval has gone through -maybe the QLD GOVT are too busy Xmas shopping
    If approval has gone through does anyone know if there is a deadline to met by Shell? They may be taking their time hoping the $A kicks higher
