it is also a 35-40 minute process. You use a syringe to get sperm, then move the sperm to a dish like container (it actually looks like a compass without the N.S.E.W) from there you put it into an incubator at around 37 degrees and leave for 30 minutes. Then use another syringe to move the sperm to a container. Hoping only the the best sperm makes it. This is the "swim up process". Then store the sperm.
