new funding agreement with imf, page-48

I am glad to be a 'former' shareholder of this co. as I intend joining this class action and hope many others do also.

Clearly some knew of the dilemna the company faced with debt unable to be repaid and refinancing hurdles looming. It was a secret most shareholders and former shareholders appeared to be unaware of. Given IMF's involvement now I'd guess some major insto's weren't 'in the loop' either.

Too bad, so sad........not this time.
