Stop trying to spread rubish rumors, as HVN has long term contracts with flexi and its lenders have no problem with loans etc as they make huge margins giving plenty of room to adjust & therefore keep paying dividends, not to mention most rental items under contract have minimal default rates as the av amounts are low. IMO the stock has been oversold with most financials or even other sectors, so obviously not a short term trade, however I expect in the long term 12-18mths this will rise substantially whilst continuing to return a v-good yeild.
