Has anyone noticed in our latest Accounts ending 31st Dec 2019, that we have some wonderful people lending us $3,538,205 to complete our Waste Conversion and CertainID Projects.
They apparently don't want any Payments until Successful Financial Closure of these Projects.
I sent David Matthews an Email yesterday, asking who these Investors are?
I also asked him what Rate of Interest would apply.
Does anyone remember our borrowings from Mitchell Asset Mgt at 30% Interest.
Could this be more of the same.
I also asked David were there any other Special Arrangements such as Equity in KKL or other Favours.
As expected no response so far.
I would have thought that Shareholders would need to approve anything that I have described above .
What do you think?
