makattack says - I can't see the link between oil and phosphate.
High oil drives higher corn plantings/ a lot of corn goes to biofuels/ corn uses copious amounts of Phosphate. Low oil price means less corn plantings/ less demand for corn/ less demand for biofuels and less demand for phosphates.
Same holds true for Palm Oil.
Sure world's gotta eat - but biofuels don't.
