Sure from a biofuel point of view that is correct. Biofuels will just exasperate the shortage of phopshate supplies. Usage of phosphate is growing as there are more mouths to feed. This is regardless of biofuel progress.
You have misunderstood my link comment. I do not see any relation to the trend of the oil price and the trend of phosphate price. If you read carefully I stated that I believe over time oil consumption will drop, phosphate consumption will continue to increase.
