since the required level is 0% now... we just have a change in substantial holders... I hope that the offer fails and the board will have a reshuffle... with Iberdolas 20% holding... executive team rolls and we get a CR for all shareholders to participate in
I still feel my suggested $400m CR would allow IFN to get FCWF financial close achieved and perhaps debt reduction to refinance at better rate, less covenants etc - even an arms length related party loan from Iberdola....
