I'm pleased to see you back 'on message' again, instead of quibbling over, for example, errant e-mail addresses.

I believe the reason people are sitting on their hands is because we are all waiting to get the nuts and bolts of the merger behind us.

This will all happen soon enough, and then the focus can return to business.

Meanwhile, acquiring shares (or options) on the back foot at current levels is, in my view, likely to have a favourable outcome - so long as your time-frame is longer than two sleeps and a koala stamp!
