re: Ann: Update on BlueScope Steel Capital Ma... BSL Thanks for nothing. I can't believe they waited for the stock price to be driven into the ground and then issue shares at a 25% discount. Someone explain to me how this is in the best interest of share holders. Surely it would have been preferable to ask existing share holders for funds through a 1 for 50 offer. $300m is a small amount for a company of this size and future about 9% of issue capital now that the stock has declined 70%. As far as I'm concerned bad management not to have done the raising months ago when the stock was say $9 and the $300m would only have been 3% of issued stock.
