CBA will not drop below $29 - look at the last 10-day's average price
Since it is only a small placement of $750m - the issue price should be approx $30, after factoring into 10% discount
Funds selling now now may not get the full placement
Since CBA is now selling in the market at $29.10 - it is a good buy IMO
Take note that CBA did $2B (not sure of the amount ?)probably above $38.00 ps
