I just read thru the SPP 3B
SPP capped at $2m or 3m shares
Over subscription to be scaled back pro rata
I'm expecting a strong demand, so when it is over subscribed could close early
I was thinking about a SPP arbitrage, selling 46k shares at 70+c then picking them up in the SPP, but scale back makes that too risky. I'd rather have the shares than the cash.
