Absolutely right. But this is a problem that almost every quoted share in the US is facing. Especially Nasdaq shares.
One rumour - true or fake ; one PR - important news or not ; and a large group of day traders act like a very large group of birds flying to one group of trees to another, and again, and again. That has nothing to do with investing. Most of them don't even know what the company does, but try to make a few pennies by following "the movement".
All sheep, you know where that ends for most of them.
