how do you know that they were not requesting for TGA testing?
Perhaps TGA just informed them that they are not allowed to use it as a medical product.
Perhaps TGA was undergoing tests and just made the decision.
Just saying that those are possibilities, regardless of the reason, they only APPLIED for TGA for testing, did not guarantee any outcome in the first place.
I, one of many, am sure disappointed with the outcome, however, they did not mislead any information and it was all based on our assumption.
