You're right, the NTA does not reflect the real value of a stock but it does give an indication of what would the shareholder receive in case of total liquidation (which is not the case whatsoever). I agree with most of the posts in this thread, the NTA is just an indicator and in the current market is apparently worthless, however, IMO GMG has a great potential to maintain the value, delivering good yield and in less than we think it might be growing like hell.

Just hold on to what you believe, at the end of the day if they keep their promise on the dividend the sp is just a circumstancial indicator.
