I think it depends on the approx. last 7-10% of SHs. Did they cave in at 86c? or was 89c sufficient to tip a few over?
I image they would reach ~28-32% ownership by close of period. TCI holdings would get it to the 45-50 range. Enough to get it over the line?
Vinva and BAM are still mute about the deal. Unless they throw their hats in the ring, I they might just want to cash in and move on to other investments.
