As the gold price increases, the co with the *highest* AISC should see the greatest % appreciation however, due to a lower base case profit. E.g. if your profit is only $100/oz and gold price increases $100/oz then your profit has essentially doubled. If you have big margins like EVN then $100 is a smaller % increase. Even though EVN would arguably be the better co.
