    Sounds like the cnp attempt some months back that failed...

    OZL has a bad business model,earnings went south and debt increased..the market for commodities asset values and debt changed...look at abs cnp bnb afg etc etc you invested/punted on making money and it didnt pay off...thats the markets...OZL could have hedged at higher prices etc but thats why ZFX went broke the first time
