Well yes, how else did they dose someone just days later?
Based on your timeline it takes up to 4 weeks to get everything set up, and then they can start dosing.
So on the 30th April, the first site advised they were ready to start recruiting. Less than a week later, the first patient was dosed.
So in 4 weeks from early May, they dosed 20 patients.
