my whole point is that if people had acted more in a more level headed manner rather than being so hot headed and calling for blood, especially on this forum then maybe things could have been resolved.
If ANZ is reviewing this site, then it may have influenced there decision making over the last 10 months.
Its hard to reach a comprimise when everyone on this forum is calling for blood, calling for all their money back, calling for loss of potential profits, calling for compensation for stress etc.
If ANZ was reading this forum, then they may have concluded that everything is in the too hard basket and just decided to play hard ball.
