IMO KAH is taking us for ride - your view will be different as KAH holder
I know you are URU holder, so you will see all this deal from different perspective.
but i did invested in EXT first JV then 100% own Husab for premium price to KAH and only uranium play
you have uru and uru is just few% in KAH not much in EXT if you recalculated = this must be great deal for you which is not that great for me and EXT holders.
KAH want everything for nothing and just because they have 39.9% holdings in EXT they play bullying role atm
+ KAH TO before for nearly nothing.
How will you feel if EML/URU give you TO offer for 0.39- 0.42???
that is same when KAH give as offer 1.6 and we still are 100 owners!! not like KAH just largest sharholder 39%.
I am not sure how long are you holder of KAH/URU and how do you know about KAH/EXT history = not much IMO
