Does anybody agree with this?

I don't know the reason. Maybe you're right.

My last breakdown shows:

So is VET fairly minor for them? 8% of users, so maybe 8% of revenue?

Just wondering what sort of effect government training programs could have on RCL, say if government programs made VET students rise by 50%.

Or maybe it could make it easier for them to charge a bit more.
