maybe he knew about the EXT announcement today and decided that nearology would have rub off BMN eventually so would like to pick up some more on the cheap before phase 2 rally.
I think the U prices have bottomed finally from its low of the $40 level. The cash in bank has removed another hurdle for the upside. Need more announcement on the BFS or additional drilling results.
