What I was alluding to is similar to what you are saying Trish, however it is just a timing issue. I agree I dont think they will be selling anytime soon either. What I was implying is that he has shown his intent not to sell for at least 12 months. As I said people can read into that whatever they want. However, after 12 months he will then have the benefit of a concession on his CGT if he does sell. He has now given himself that option - he could have waited several more months to take up these shares so he would not just pay now because he is a good guy.
