Just for speculative purposes could Collins Street Value Fund be the taker? I'd like to see another player just to enjoy the thought that there is confidence amongst other big guys... Well and good if it is Collins St, it's also reassuring to know we have the strong support of a well backed local fund. Just my thoughts... P.s when is this going to take off already!! Gltah
