    • EUROZ AND HARTLEYS SIGN BID IMPLEMENTATION AGREEMENT
    • AGREED TO MAKE AN OFF-MARKET TAKEOVER OFFER TO ACQUIRE 100% OF ISSUED CAPITAL IN HARTLEYS
    • TRANSACTION IS EXPECTED TO BE COMPLETED BY OCTOBER
    • UNDER OFFERS, HOLDERS OF HARTLEYS SHARES WILL RECEIVE 3.3033304 NEW EUROZ SHARES FOR EVERY HARTLEYS SHARE ACCEPTED INTO OFFERS
