Why did Mark Creasy sell that "great" property for just 4 millions?
He dont need cash. If he had valued it higher he wouldn have sold it at that price.
So hHe sells it at a good price (for him good price). That is what success is all
about. Sell high, buy low. Which side of the MC-AZS deal has the success history?

I hope I am wrong so I will recover some of my original investment.
