blame the gov. treggs..more like your parents allowing you to drink and smoke whilst taking part in orgies in the spare time..
Its in the gov we trust..as they must be smarter than we r...but Obviously not..interest rates should of been 20% 3 years ago to encourage savings....They still tell us to go out and spend..lol..Im afraid we have a bunch of muppets at the helm..or are they puppets?
