    It appears to me that the share price is being controlled. I hold this stock but, even given the recent positive announcement, and the attractiveness of the company for a larger player, a reasonable sp is about 0.22c, +/-2%. One thing that needs to be remembered is that this company has one large contract as its backbone, due for renewal soon.
