Why do you think in the last CR 18.6% of the company was sold to St Baker Foundation. Looking after daddy or maybe placing a rock solid block to T/O. Add the directors shares and they have complete control. I am sure that is not just a mere coincidence. Well planned protection I'd say and the implication is they had something to protect.
