3 bucks sounds about right to me when all’s said and done. My methodology being pluck a round number out of thin air. Not sure why Ya didn’t mention that one.
Unless there’s a pre-open trading halt, the shorts must realise they have to take this up to at least cash backing ASAP this week before the deal either collapses and cash is returned to holders or is completed on more favourable terms? Heads they burn, tails they are incinerated.
