That probably came out a bit harsh.
I mean that we obviously knew something was up, i agree not to the extent. But i have seen IMF at work and it will not benifit anyone at the moment.
I would strongly suggest waiting to find out what happens first. If everything does go pear shaped then hopefully asic gets involved like westpoint etc as they will prove the wrongdoing which opens OZL/directors to jailtime as well as civil action without IMF taking their huge cut. as the risk of failure is currently a lot greater IMF will take more, if wrongdoing is proved then it is a lot simpler and other law firms might get involved creating abit of tension similar to MFS from memory not that anything has come of that
