I was just going through the top shareholders of SPT, and I would have thought that the co-founders would have the largest stake in the company, but I was a little surprised that Victoria Krain and VentureVest Partners LLC (seemed to be related to Victoria Krain) have larger stakes than the co-founders Alon and Gil.
I tried to find out who Victoria Krain was, but when googling for information I could only find that Victoria only appeared in articles relating to SPT. Does anyone know who Victoria Krain is and do you think it'll be an issue if Victoria Krain and her company VentureVest Partners (you can see that shares were sold down from that company and held by Victoria) owns around 16% of the company?
