It didn't on Friday. Flight Centre and Webjet did 100% CR doubling the shares on issue and the share price did not go close to or below CR price. HLO is doing a limited CR of only 20% of new shares. Flight Centre closed over 100 stores, HLO 4. It's possible after end of lockdown HLO is stronger gaining market share of the travel industry. If I didn't already own under $2 is a bargain.
