the reason I got involved in 2013 was due to shareholders contacting me, in this instance I have had about 30 of those who have my contacts reach out and another 45 emails. We only need 7 for a class action so I suspect we will have probably over 100 and it will be over 30% of the register. I have the third firm I am meeting with in Melbourne next week and will update everyone after that. There will be multiple respondents to this and hence there are a few more things in the back ground going on so it will become very apparent soon.

for now we just work through the process, as for those that have offered to help fund on email, I am hoping there will be no outlay from shareholders and hence is part of the topic of discussion. The two firms already spoken to are reviewing key data as we speak.
