The ACCC won't force the issue.
They have always been very soft to any ex Government entity. Telstra, Qantas, etc, can have near monopolies and the ACCC doesn't bat an eyelid. Yet TPG merging with VHA to create a player that is still in 3rd place despite Telstra's dominance sent the ACCC in to a fit.
QAN should be fined and ordered to sell their holding. However, it won't happen.
