My understanding is that bnnt is a disruptor of the graphene industry
I think I am of this opinion based on Deakin explanations of bnnt (so find out for yourself to be sure)
with this in mind, it is likely a replacement of graphene in the battery technology, lets wait and see
also a jv doesn't require for companies to have ownership in the other company. It might be an agreement to join in the same venture, probably the more typical method
much like ppk and deakins jvs, ppk doesn't own any of deakin university
The ppk zeta jv was only announced a few weeks ago, sure as time goes on we will hear more
