If it's over subscribed I'd say they will keep the money (assuming it was a clause in the prospectus ) and put the foot on the accelerator . I'm in for $5k and its the options that convinced me. If they can't get the SP above 45c in 18 months they are probably not going to make it. If they do the cash from the options should see them on the way to profitability
